In conclusion, Khoong asserted that throughout all the cycles of industrial revolution there has been disruption. It is not the first time that we are experiencing some kind of disruption. Therefore, we have to constantly keep in mind that this disruption is a constant, and we have to keep up with it by being prepared. This is why we have to think in depth about what future jobs are going to be like, and what the future skills landscape is going to be like.
