BAE Systems is continuing to grow in Malaysia. In the past year, we have added a further 45 employees to the office, and plan to continue to build on those numbers for years to come. Globally, access to enough skilled staff in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), is very difficult, and Malaysia is no different.

We hope that we can use the centre to help build capacity in the STEM area, as well as to raise awareness of what companies and organisations can be doing to better protect themselves.
